+Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center Sports Performance offers this Pain-Free Performance Program geared for adults looking to stay active or safely increase their physical fitness. The program promotes the safe progression of optimal training and helps decrease the chance of injury in active individuals. During this twelve-week program, we'll focus on building a movement foundation that will serve as the basis for achieving all your health & fitness goals.
This program is designed to be completed 2-3 times a week with a 48 hour rest period in between sessions. Each exercise is modifiable to meet your current fitness level. None of these exercises should cause pain while performing or result in significant soreness 24 hours following a session.
